We kindly ask you arrive at least 10 minutes before the Exhibition class you wish to attend.
Adjudicators must be provided with a legal copy of the sheet music being performed – see Rules and Conditions
Running the competition would not be financially possible without a small entry fee per person of £3, under 16’s and competitors are free.
We accept cash and card.
Practice rooms are available to each competitor before their class starts.
Programmes will be available on the day for £1.
A range of bottled drinks and snacks will be available in the foyer.

Competition feedback will be emailed within 10 working days after the festival.
If you have opted in for a professional recording, a link to the video will be sent within 28 working days.
