Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of great importance to Master Music Publications and we abide by privacy laws and regulations. This means that your personal data is safe in our hands and is always used in a proper manner as outlined below. In this privacy policy, we will explain everything that we do with the information we acquire about you and we are committed to keeping the personal details of our visitors and customers private and secure and in accordance with the new GDPR legislation.

Dealing with orders
If you place an order with us, we will use your personal data to deal with it in a proper manner. We are allowed to pass on your personal data to our delivery service to have your order fulfilled. We will also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. We use your payment details, name and address details, email address, telephone number and invoice address for this purpose. We will store this information until your order has been completed and for six years thereafter (pursuant to the statutory retention obligation).
Provision of data to third parties
We cooperate with certain companies that may receive your above mentioned personal data from us.
To deal with orders, we use the services of recognised payment providers (such as Paypal and Stripe) and Postal Companies
Affiliate Links
Product pages contain links to other suppliers of our products. These links are affiliate links, which provides us with a small commission upon completion of the sale.
‘Contact Us’ form
You can use the ‘contact us’ form to ask us questions or to make requests. We use your email address, IP address, telephone number and name and address details for this purpose. We will store this information until you ask us to discard it. This way, we can readily access the information should you have any follow-up questions and train our customer service staff so that the service they provide is better still.
Your account
You will have to register first before you can use certain sections of our website. At this point, you will be required to provide information about yourself and select a user name. We use this to create an account that you can log into with your user name and a password of your choice.
We use your name and address details, telephone number, email address, IP address, invoice address and payment details for purpose. We have a legitimate interest in doing this. We store this information until you cancel the account.
We store this information to prevent you from having to enter it repeatedly and to make it easier for us to contact you should that prove necessary after you have used the website. You can amend information whenever you wish through your account.
We use the personal information you give us for the following purposes.
- to contact you about the status of your order.
- to efficiently process and dispatch your order to your delivery address.
- to change and enhance the web site.

Advertising
We would like to send you information advertising offers and new products or services. We do this:

Jetpack
We use Jetpack to keep records of how users use our website. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement with Jetpack. It contains strict agreements on the data about which they may keep records. We have not given Jetpack consent to use the information obtained from Analytics for other services. We arrange for Jetpack to anonymise the IP addresses.
Security
Protection of personal data is very important to us. We take the following measures to protect your privacy:
- Access to personal data is protected with a user name and password. We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL), which ensure that all information transmitted between you and our website is protected when you enter your personal data
- We are scanned daily by Siteground to check for hacking, hacking attempts and virus.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. Needless to say, we amend our privacy policy whenever there are any changes to our website. We recommend that you always note the date at the top and check regularly to see if there are any new versions.

Purchasing and Returns Policy

We want and hope to provide the very best service to our customers. If you are in any way unhappy with the quality of the documents you purchase, we will refund in full any product (excluding digital downloads) returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. If the mistake is ours, we will also refund the cost of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note that products may be sealed to ensure that they have not been copied or tampered with before delivery to you. If this seal is broken, we regret we will be unable to offer a refund, but if your product is faulty we will happily provide a refund or replacement.
Master Music Publications publish the composers’ musical works and settings. The musical content and it’s setting are therefore firstly the responsibility of the Composer. Should you want to raise an issue regarding the musical content and setting you should write to our email (info@mastermusicpublications.com) or company address (see below) and we will forward your message to the composer.
To return an item, please enclose your original delivery note and repack securely. State the reason for the return and send the package to:

Right of Cancellation
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within fourteen (14) days of delivery. This applies to all our products (excluding digital downloads). However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of audio products (for example, CD’s) where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel the contract, please write ‘Contract Cancellation’ on the delivery note that accompanies your items, package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery note so that we receive it within fourteen (14) days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is as stated above:
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. However, you should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, handling, postage and packing).

Purchasers are welcome to use their purchased publication for their own personal enjoyment and fulfilment. Please note that printed publications are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced in any form, or by any means, including but not limited to duplication, adaption and/or arranging without prior written approval from Master Music Publications. Purchasers are welcome to use their purchased publication for their own personal enjoyment and fulfilment. Please note that digital publications are non-transferable and no part of the copyrighted publication can be reproduced in any form, or by any means, including but not limited to duplication, adaption and/or arranging without prior written approval from Master Music Publications. Delivery Policy

Handling
We endeavour to dispatch in-stock items within one working day of purchase.
UK delivery
Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail 2nd class once dispatched. Deliveries will be made within 2-5 working days after dispatch. If you are not able to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done. Unfortunately the Royal Mail cannot deliver on a bank holiday or Sundays. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
International orders
Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail’s International Standard. Deliveries will be made within 3-10 working days after dispatch.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Pre-orders
If your order contains a pre-ordered item(s) your order will be held until the full order can be fulfilled. However, if you wish to have your other items sent to you, please email customer services and we will dispatch your order in two separate parcels. If you have any questions regarding your pre-ordered item(s) please just send us an message.

We aim to ship all in-stock items within one-two (1-2) working days of receiving your order, though we cannot guarantee this. The vast majority of titles displayed at mastermusicpublications.com website are held in stock by us; where they are not in stock we make every effort to display this information before you place your order.
We will send you an email to confirm your order has been received and whether or not it has been accepted. Tickets

Tickets
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, resold or refunded. Tickets may be offered back to the box office for reselling, if successful 80% of the original ticket price will be refunded.
- Tickets cannot be offered for sale from within the venue except from the Box Office by our ticketing team.
- Refunds and exchanges will only be offered in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
- Only tickets purchased through the Box Office or approved agents are valid for admission.
- Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. Reselling a ticket makes it void and the ticketholder may be refused entry.
- Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person for certain events.
- The artists reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme.
- Tickets are required for each child attending a performance. Some performances and/or specific seating areas may have age restrictions. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check any restrictions before they purchase tickets.
Attendance
- Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
- The unauthorised use of cameras, audio and video equipment is not permitted. Purchase of a ticket means you consent to filming, photography and sound recording which may include you as a member of the audience and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
- Food and drink may not be brought into the building.
- It is against the law to smoke in the venue.
- For security reasons, bags may be searched as a condition of entry.
- Mobile phones and other electronic devices are distracting to other audience members. Please ensure they are switched off.
- The organizers reserves the right to refuse admission.
Important Information
Music exceeding a certain level can damage hearing.
The venue nor the organizers accepts no responsibility for any personal property brought to the venue.
Customers planning on driving to the event are advised not to leave valuables in their car.
Please consider our neighbours and leave the venue quietly.
